About me
As an Ecuadorian illustrator and visual artist living in the Bay Area, my artwork draws inspiration from the rich tapestry of the Latino community, capturing an essence through a “costumbrista” and whimsical lens of magical realism. My work is characterized by vibrant color, experimentation and texture. By representing my community through my art, I aim to create a sense of connection, pride and celebration.
My practice spans illustration, art installations, murals, and live drawing events, bringing my work off the page and into shared spaces where community can gather, see itself reflected, and celebrate.
