The collection was inspired by two encounters that felt unexpectedly connected. Walking through the Conservatory of Flowers I was drawn to the abundance of flora. The way color, texture, and form com together in such an organic, living environment.. Around the same time, a visit from Solstiss, one of the last remaining luxury lace makers, completely transformed how I understood textile structure. Seeing their samples up close made me realize that lace and floral design share the same logic. Both are built from the relationship between intricacy and time.
